1. Object

The purpose of the Domaine de MIREMER loyalty program is to provide cardholders with the advantages described below during their stays at Domaine de MIREMER. Any member declares to have read these general conditions and accepts them fully and completely. These terms and conditions are subject to change and change over time. Domaine de MIREMER may also end the loyalty program by ceasing to offer its customers its program at any time. In this case, the Domaine de MIREMER will grant members the possibility of asserting their acquired rights for 6 months. If they are not used within this period, they will be permanently lost.

2. Membership Requirements

Membership of the loyalty program is free and open to any natural person over the age of 18. Only accommodation sold by the Domaine de MIREMER can earn points. Tour Operators, Works Councils, companies and year-round residents are therefore excluded from this program. When subscribing to the loyalty program, members are asked for certain information. Any change of address, name or any other indication that may be necessary must be notified to the Domaine de MIREMER as soon as possible. The member of the loyalty program agrees to receive information e-mails relating to his program: membership of the program, credit and forfeiture of points, end of membership alert, loyalty offers. As part of the loyalty program, promotions may be offered by the Domaine de MIREMER and communicated to members in the form of a newsletter, for example. The loyalty account is nominative, surname, first name and date of birth: the member must be present in the reserved stay with his loyalty reductions. The program has no validity limit. However, if after 2 years no activity has been recorded, the account will be settled. Similarly, any fraudulent use of the loyalty account may be sanctioned by its immediate cancellation.

3. Accumulation of points

Only stays consumed since the date of subscription to the program and reserved with the Domaine de MIREMER or the website www.miremer.com or www.domainedemiremer.com are eligible for points. Points are acquired with each validated stay. The expenses eligible for the allocation of points are only expenses related to the rental of accommodation and more specifically the amount of the stay excluding tourist taxes, eco-contributions and options. No points will be awarded for any other expense. The points acquired cannot give rise to any financial consideration. The points are accumulated as the stays made by the loyalty account holder progress. It is therefore impossible to combine the points of different accounts. The allocation of points is done automatically, 10 days after the end date of the stay. In the event of non-accumulation of points, the customer can always claim them from the Domaine de MIREMER on presentation of his invoice.

6. Members can access their points account by contacting Domaine de MIREMER.

7. The use of loyalty points cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

8. the Domaine de MIREMER authorizes the holder of the loyalty account to offer their points to the person of their choice. However, it is up to the loyalty account holder to make the reservation.

9. The use of loyalty points must be programmed at the time of the reservation request, with the Domaine de MIREMER reservation center on +33 (0)4 94 43 21 23. (Subject to availability at the time of the request reservation)

10. Computing and freedom

In the event of a dispute between a holder and the Domaine de MIREMER, French law alone is applicable. Any dispute or litigation that is not resolved amicably between the parties will be submitted to the court of Fréjus. The information collected as part of membership in the loyalty program will be exclusively reserved for the company SAS LA FERME DE BERARD. In accordance with the provisions of the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978, holders have a right of access to modify, rectify, delete data concerning them, and to request that promotional offers be stopped.
